Very good taste! We went there for dinner twice in two weeks. Very friendly waitress who is also the owner. Will go there in the future for sure.
The only problem is the parking area, felt a little worry when we parked on the side of the street in the back of the restaurant since the parking was full when we got there, it's ok eventually.

Been here twice now and I've tried a total of 6 dishes. One done in and one take out. The service during the dine in was amazing. Take out was average. The food was all over the spectrum. I tried three of the curries and my favorite by far was the green curry. The Red and Masumum were average. The cashew chicken and Basil Stir fry were both good dishes. I'm also a big fan of the Tom Yum soup at most Thai restaurants I go to, but this one left a lot to be desired. The Tom Yum was probably the worst I've had at any place in Salem. Overall average rating because it wasn't terrible, but there are much better options in Salem.

This is hands down the best Thai restaurant in Salem...and dare I say, the entire state. Today we were In Portland both my wife and I were hungry from a long flight. We wanted Thai food, my wife said "you know what, I just want Red Ginger" as we are driving past a Thai Restaurant.

Disappointed. I took a chance and ordered some takeout since I was nearby. I ordered my favorite Massaman Curry with chicken. The man who helped me did not interact at all except to ask my name on the order. When I got home to eat it I saw that very little rice was provided. I asked for no spice, but it was incredibly spicy. The chicken used appeared to be chopped chicken deli lunch meat. It wasn't actual chicken pieces from any detectable part of the chicken. The only part I did enjoy was the addition of peas which isn't standard issue in this curry.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Salem. A very friendly family run restaurant. I love the deluxe noodles, they are creamy and just the right amount of spicy. The drunken noodle has yummy wide noodles. The pad woon sen has great flavor and thin tasty vermicelli noodles. The little crab puff appetizer is crispy and creamy, and the Thai tea is sweet and refreshing.
It's very easy to get this food to go, they're generous portions and they usually cook it up fast.
I highly recommend red ginger if you want good Thai food in Salem/Keizer
